About me
Who I am.
I was born in the Cor del Penedès, I am the son of a Viverista and always linked to the agricultural sector, I have always been linked to the world of wine.
Agricultural Technical Engineering, Postgraduate in Wine Business Management, Professional Sommelier and other training. I have been working in prestigious Penedès wineries and in the Cava Regulatory Council for more than 15 years.
I believe that wine still has a lot to offer, and I want to bring it closer to the whole world, Individuals, Restaurants and Help wineries to become more visible.

Wineries

There are many ways to do it, from collaborating with the technical department to suggest another point of view, to spreading the word about your wines.
Visits to the winery, vineyard, tastings or pairings and other activities can be organized.
We can describe, disseminate, explain your wines and make them known.

- Preparation of wine lists and other menus: We evaluate your food menu and offer the best possible pairings.
- Wine stock management: We organize the stock and look for those wines that identify and differentiate your restaurant.
- Types of glasses to serve the wines: We make recommendations on which glasses are best for each type of wine.
- We transmit knowledge of viticulture and oenology to your room staff.
- We carry out tastings and pairings to attract customers.
